How do I change my video quality on Binge?
You have the ability to change the quality of your video. So, if you have unlimited data, treat yourself to High Definition up to 1080p on compatible devices. Alternatively, if you’re on mobile, and you find you don’t have a lot of data, you can change and reduce the quality and still stream your favourite entertainment. The steps you take to change the video quality will vary depending on your device:

TV (iOS, Android, Telstra TV)

1. Sign in and choose something to watch
2. Open the top tray by tapping 'Up' on your remote control
3. The Top Tray will open with a list of options on the left-hand side
4. Navigate to 'Quality Options'
5. Choose between two options just by clicking on them:

• Standard Definition (SD) - this will stream your video in 540p or less
• High Definition (HD) - this will stream your video up to 1080p

Note: HD only available for Standard and Premium subscriptions

6. Click on the option you wish to change your video quality to, and voila, you're done! 

If you're on a Basic subscription, by default your video quality will be set up to Standard Definition (SD). If you're on a Standard or Premium subscription, by default, your video quality will be set up to High Definition (HD). Important to remember though, if you change your video quality up to Standard Definition or High Definition, it will stay on this setting until you change it again.

Note: You'll be unable to change the video quality using a Safari Web Browser, this is done automatically.
